By downloading, installing, or using Keynotif ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

Keynotif is a notification management application that:

• Captures and processes device notifications in the background
• Filters and prioritizes information based on your preferences
• Generates AI-powered summaries, including a morning digest
• Operates with a privacy-first, local-first design

To function, Keynotif requires Notification Access and background processing permissions. By granting these, you acknowledge that the App can read and process notifications on your device.

• You may revoke any permission at any time via Android system settings
• Revoking critical permissions may limit or fully disable functionality

Keynotif generates summaries using automated AI processing. You acknowledge that:

• Summaries are informational only and may be incomplete or simplified
• They should not be relied upon for critical, time-sensitive, or high-stakes decisions
• The AI may occasionally misinterpret or omit context

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key principles include:

• Data is processed locally on your device wherever possible
• Sensitive information is anonymized before any AI processing
• Your data is never sold or used for advertising

Keynotif may offer optional paid features through Google Play Billing.

• All purchases are handled directly by Google Play
• Prices and feature availability may change at any time
• Purchases are non-transferable between accounts or devices

We do not guarantee that the App will work on all devices or Android versions, operate without interruption or errors, or always meet your expectations.

Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlagoDNA shall not be liable for:

• Data loss or missed notifications
• Misinterpretation of AI-generated summaries
• Device issues arising from app usage
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, or restrict access if these Terms are violated.

You may stop using the App at any time by simply uninstalling it from your device. This removes all locally stored data.

All rights to the App — including its code, design, and branding — are owned by FlagoDNA, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

The App may include open-source components, which remain subject to their respective licenses.

Keynotif may include third-party components licensed under open-source licenses such as MIT. These components are not owned by FlagoDNA and remain subject to their original license terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, reflected by a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of your local courts.
